Mr. Paredes joined the Lynbrook administrative team in September 2020 as a Dean of Students and now Assistant Principal. He is a new Lynbrook Leprechaun. Previously, Mr. Paredes was a Staff Development Teacher at Kemp Mill ES which is a Montgomery County Public School. Mr. Paredes has been an educator for 8 years. He started his teaching career as a 1st grade teacher in Montgomery County Public Schools. Mr. Paredes graduated from Washington Adventist University with his undergraduate in Elementary and Special Education. He then obtained his Masters in Education Leadership from Loyola University Maryland. 

Mr. Paredes treasures spending time with his wife and 3 year old son. He loves to play the drums at church! Mr. Paredes wants Lynbrook to know that he is thrilled to be a part of the Lynbrook family and has felt so welcomed and loved by the Lynbrook community.
