READING BY 3RD GRADE       
Outcomes       
● 38% or more of Grades 1-3 Multilingual Language Learners will make growth demonstrated in their overall WIDA access composite score.
● 28% or more of 3rd grade students will pass the 3rd grade reading SOL.
       
Strategies       
● Increase efficiency of instructional delivery to ensure all students have daily access to all components of the language arts block as outlined in the new core curriculum.
● Increase opportunities for English Language Development through use of embedded strategies during whole group instruction and intentional small group instruction focused on specific student needs.
● Increase opportunities for students to develop reading and writing skills to support language acquisition.
ELEMENTARY SCHOOL MATH
Outcomes
● 44% or more of Grades 1-6 Students with Disabilities will reach their mathematics typical growth target from Fall/Winter to Spring on their iReady Math Assessment.
● 55% or more of Grades 1-6 students will reach 100% of their mathematics typical growth target from Fall/Winter to Spring on their iReady Math Assessment.
Strategies
● Increase teachers' content knowledge and implementation of the 2023 FCPS mathematics program of studies.
● Increase formal collaboration between classroom teachers and ESOL teachers to develop the language of mathematics through the use of embedded strategies during whole group and small group instruction.
CHRONIC ABSENTEEISM
Outcomes
● By the end of the 2024-2025 school year, we will maintain a chronic absenteeism rate at or below 13% as evidenced by our school chronic absenteeism rate.
Strategies
● MTSS Schoolwide and Site Intervention teams analyze attendance along with behavior and wellness data bi-monthly to identify students in need of Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions.
● Teachers will promote student engagement and create a welcoming classroom environment by modeling social and emotional competencies in their interactions with students.
